Steve Grant has
compiled a successful career as a business owner, manager, consultant and advisor spanning more than 35 years. This experience,
together with a BS degree in Management, forms the foundation for his role as a value enhancement, mergers & acquisitions
advisor. He has built and sold two companies of his own. He has been involved in more than 40 situations involving company
ownership transfer representing the buyer or the seller. He has managed small and mid-sized businesses, as well as service
company divisions, regions and branches. He has been deeply involved in preparing companies for sale utilizing value enhancement
strategies, and in the successful integration of acquired businesses. He has served as an expert witness and advisor to business
owners and major law firms.
