Timothy
L. Rhine is a founding partner of PointeBreak Solutions, Inc., a value enhancement Mergers & Acquisitions firm. He is
also the co-founder and president of Corporate Capital, Inc. Mr. Rhine retains more than 30 years of experience in the management,
operation, and finance divisions of various business enterprises in the manufacturing and distribution, retail, agri-business,
and food and beverage industries.
Since 1995, Mr. Rhine has provided investment banking services to small- and
mid-sized businesses in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, capital formation, corporate finance, management, strategic
planning, business development, and investor relations.
Mr. Rhine has served as the president and CFO of a regional,
specialty-retail grocery store chain, and as a founder and COO of an offshore manufacturer. From 1979 to 1995, he provided
consulting services to NASD broker/dealer member firms and a private overseas investment group on the management and economic
viability of the individual companies in which they held equity positions. He served as the general partner, tax matters partner,
and managing partner of 27 limited partnerships, and through his company, Rhine and Associates, Inc., provided the operational
and financial management of the partnerships. From 1974 to 1979, he was the vice president of operations of an Occidental
Petroleum Corporation subsidiary and the director of asset management for the agricultural division of Orion Capital Inc.
Mr. Rhine holds a Master's degree in Economics and is a Certified Merger & Acquisition Advisor by the Alliance of
Merger and Acquisition Advisors.
